Case Study — November 2020
I try as far as possible to align my values with my work. That's why I'm committed to designing interfaces that are intuitive, inclusive and sustainable.
My strong point? A technical expertise, drawn from my experience as a website designer & developer, and nurtured by working with startups on B2B SaaS products.
This allows me to communicate effectively with the developers and to blend in with their organisation. That way I can swiftly propose effective & practical solutions.

Pragmatic,
Caring.
I'm keen to produce realistic interactive prototypes that allow developers to easily visualise expected behaviour and functionalities.
Always seeking data gathered in the field, and feedback to confirm or refute my choices and intuitions, I put the end user at the heart of my approach when I'm looking for the right design.
I don't pursue innovation for innovation's sake, and I favour the simplest and most effective solution: the essentials are the prerogative of good design.

I'm at ease with highly specialised, highly specific, in short, highly complex environments. Whether technically, politically or abstractly.
My practical sense allows me to work efficiently with my peers in the product organisation (developers, marketers, researchers, etc.) and find the simplest possible answer to any question.
My main aim is to ensure that 'complex' is no longer the synonym for 'complicated' that it has become. It's possible to have a rich product, one that brings together a huge amount of data and allows you to do advanced things, without it necessarily being overloaded and unintelligible.
During my time at intento, a Bordeaux-based start-up, I was in charge of the Design department, as well as recruitment and business development. My responsibilities at the time helped me understand the business realities of the profession.
Now I'm committed to ensuring that User Experience goals (accessibility, sustainable design, usability) converge as much as possible with financial, time and human imperatives.
I also have a technical background from my early days as a web developer. Although I don't claim to master programming languages, this technical affinity gives me a better understanding of developers and their issues.
My ability to 'speak their language' ensures that exchanges between the design and development teams run as smoothly as possible.
As a jack-of-all-trades in design, I'm at ease at all stages of digital product conception: user interviews, co-creation workshops, sitemaps & user flows, wireframes or high-definition interactive mock-ups, etc.
My approach to Product Design is global, and my aim is to take the necessary step back to unblock a situation, while relying on the historical knowledge of the product gathered by the different teams.
